- Take a pot add cauliflower and dahi 1 /2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp mango powder red chilli powder mix well keep aside atleast 1/2 an hour.
- Now heat the khadhai add few oil cello fry merineted coliflower till golden.
- Heat the khadhai add as required oil add onion paste saute few min then add ginger garlic paste saute few min add tomato puri saute also few min add mawa & all dry ingridient & malai saute min when oil become separate add fried cauliflower cook few min.shahi ghobhi is ready.
