2. Boil potatoes with salt,drain and mash with butter and milk until fluffy.Spread the sauce in a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top and brush the top with butter.Bake in the oven on medium heat until the top becomes golden as seen on picture below and garnish with fresh parsley
